SENSEX GAINS 1% IN EARLY TRADE;
RIL, INFOSYS, HDFC UP

The BSE Sensex surged as much as 1 per cent early on Tuesday with RIL, Infosys
and HDFC leading the gains. The broader 50-share NSE index was up 0.97 per cent
to 5,411.40.
According to analysts,
markets are headed for a busy and volatile week, with the RBI's policy meeting
on Thursday to be followed by the unveiling of the budget on Friday.
"Looking at the
technical levels, next important level in Nifty futures to watch out for this week are 5400 and 5440. If Nifty sustains levels above 5385 and 17,675 for the Sensex, it will
