SENSEX FLAT WITH POSITIVE BIAS AT

Indian
markets continued to fall in early trade for the second day on Friday. The
30-share benchmark index, BSE Sensex opened with a
decline of 19.04 points or 0.11% at 17,656.81, while the broad based NSE Nifty started with a fall of 0.15 points, at 5,380.35.
The
Sensex was trading up 38.73 points or 0.22% at 17,714.58 with 22 components
gaining. Meanwhile, the Nifty was trading higher by 18.95 points or 0.35% at

Sensex Movers
Infosys
contributed rise of 9.23 points in the Sensex. It was followed by H D F C
Bank (7.49 points), I C I C I Bank (6.44 points), Larsen & Toubro (6.37
points) and Bharat Heavy Electricals (4.43 points).
However,
Reliance Industries contributed fall of 8.53 points in the Sensex. It was
followed by Tata Motors (7.63 points), Mahindra &
Mahindra (4.85 points), Maruti Suzuki India (2.28 points) and Hero Motocorp
(0.99 points).
Major
gainers in the 30-share index were Bharat Heavy Electricals (1.52%), Tata
Power Company (1.05%), D L F (0.87%), Larsen & Toubro (0.73%), H D F C
Bank (0.63%), and Sterlite Industries (India) (0.59%).
